Some time later, Chelli Lona Aphra sought him out, looking for details concerning Commodex Tahn, the mortician responsible for the burial of Padmé Amidala. Aphra later came back to the Ante, now looking for intel on Luke Skywalker. After she traded a significant sum of credits for this information, Darth Vader, together with Inspector Thanoth, launched an assault on the outpost. As the Ante attempted to barter information about Vader and Thanoth's investigation, Vader diverted a blaster shot into the Ante's torso, killing him and severing any links between Aphra and Vader.
