Unidentified Aqualish governor

An individual from the Aqualish species held the position of governor and lent support to the Confederacy of Independent Systems throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. During the year 19 BBY, this governor, along with his wife, was present at a celebratory gathering. This gala took place inside the Senate Building located on Raxus, the capital planet of the Separatist faction. The occasion was to celebrate the Raxian Humanitarian Award being given by the Confederacy to its leader, Count Dooku. At this event, the count was in conversation with Asajj Ventress, his one-time apprentice, and noticed the governor. He then expressed his gratitude to the governor for his attendance. In response, the governor conveyed that he felt honored and shook the count's hand with enthusiasm. This Aqualish governor, as a member of his species, possessed arachnid-like tusks. At the gala, these tusks were noticeably white and highly polished. The governor's uniform was well-maintained for the gala, and was adorned with heavy epaulets and various medals.
