In the year 19 BBY, a human male soldier, a member of the Mandalorians belonging to the violent, war-seeking group known as the Death Watch, played a role in significant events. He participated alongside his fellow Mandalorians in an attack on Jabba's Palace and the takeover of Mandalore. As part of Death Watch's strategy to gain public support, he spearheaded a Death Watch Warrior team to free imprisoned Mandalorian Guard members in a staged event. Following the demise of Pre Vizsla, this soldier initially accepted Maul as Mandalore's new leader, but later switched allegiance to the Mandalore resistance, which was under the command of Nite Owls leader Bo-Katan Kryze. He aided Obi-Wan Kenobi in escaping Maul's forces, enabling Kenobi to inform the Galactic Republic about the situation.
This Death Watch soldier held a position of authority within the group, indicated by the Death Watch rank insignia on his shoulder pads, black markings adorning his helmet, and the iconic stylized mythosaur symbol displayed on his chestplate. His physical appearance included fair skin, blond hair, light blue eyes, and a noticeable scar on his left cheek.
This Death Watch Warrior made his debut in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series episode "Eminence," which aired in 2013. Dave Filoni provided the voice for the Mandalorian character, who was credited as an enforcer. During a scene where the soldier assists a Quarren to stand, another soldier, seemingly using the same character model, can be observed engaging in conversation with Bo-Katan Kryze.
