Circa 3978 BBY, the Sith Emperor handpicked him to serve as his personal envoy to the then-Mandalore, namely Mandalore the Ultimate, who was the leader of the Mandalorian warriors. He was dispatched to the planet of Mandalore and successfully managed to persuade Mandalore to provide assistance in the search for the Emperor's half-brother's tomb. Following Mandalore's assistance in locating the tomb on the planet Rekkiad, the emissary recovered the remains for delivery back to the Emperor. Subsequently, he divulged to Mandalore the vision his Master had witnessed, depicting the Mandalorians' ascendancy and their subsequent defeat of the Galactic Republic. He elaborated on how his Master had foreseen the Mandalorians conquering numerous worlds and crushing the Republic until its ultimate downfall, promising Mandalore a resounding and glorious triumph.
Two years thereafter, the Mandalorians initiated their invasion of the Republic, overwhelming countless worlds in the process, until, in 3963 BBY, the Jedi Knight named Revan and his faction of Jedi, known as the Revanchists, entered the conflict. They effectively shifted the momentum of the war, and Revan personally vanquished Mandalore in direct combat. It was only as Mandalore was succumbing to death that he came to the realization that he and his people had been deceived by the Sith and the emissary they had sent. They were never intended to secure victory in the war, but rather to assess the Republic's resilience. His last words to Revan revealed the Sith's involvement and provided information regarding the location where evidence of their existence could be found.
