A space dock, situated above the gas giant called Siquay, was in operation during the High Republic Era. At a point in time not before 379 BBY, the Evereni siblings, Vika and Velya Faer, made a visit to this dock, where they refueled their starship. The Faer siblings' extended stay at the dock gave Marda Ro, the Evereni who founded the group of pirates that would eventually become the Nihil, the opportunity to intercept them in her hunt for others of her species. After surrounding the Faers' ship with her fleet, she extended an invitation to the siblings to come aboard her vessel, the Gaze Electric. Having no alternative, the siblings accepted, allowing themselves to be escorted to the Gaze's throne hall.
Ro later referenced the dock when she was recounting her encounter with the Faers in a message that she recorded for her descendants. By 252 BBY, when he was young, Ro's great-great-grandson, Marchion Ro, had listened to her journal, including the specific entry in which the space dock was mentioned.
The space dock received a mention in the short story titled "A Closed Fist Has No Claws," which was penned by Tessa Gratton. It was included in the 2023 young-adult anthology The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life as a component of the larger Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia endeavor.
