The Innovator, a research vessel boasting advanced scientific and medical equipment, was his design. This vessel was built by the insectoid Cyclorrians at the shipyards orbiting the planet Cyclor. Targes intended to present the Innovator to those present at the Republic Fair on Valo. However, while on Valo, Targes perished on the Innovator when it was submerged in Lake Lonisa due to a Nihil assault on the Republic Fair.
