Vela

Vela was a spacefarer who served in the days of the High Republic Era. In approximately 232 BBY, Vela found herself stranded when her spacecraft malfunctioned on a desolate, sandy world. Jedi Master Zia Zaldor Zanna dispatched a rescue team consisting of Jedi Initiates Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs, alongside pilots Nash Durango and RJ-83, to assist Vela. Once RJ had completed the necessary repairs on the stranded vessel and Vela had expressed her gratitude, the Ganguls' warship, known as the Rathtar's Revenge, materialized above them. To evade capture by the pirates, who sought to commandeer their ship, Vela embarked on her own vessel, while Nash and the remaining members of the group sought refuge aboard the Crimson Firehawk. Taking advantage of the diversion created by the Firehawk, Vela successfully made her getaway, evading the clutches of the pirate band.
