During this engagement, Commander Verd gave orders to the 442nd's companies, instructing them to lay siege to the Separatist base situated at an arena inside the city of Tarko-se. This siege involved utilizing the battalion's AT-RT walkers together with Infantry Support Platforms. With aerial assistance provided by Squad Seven along with Plo Koon himself, the Republic's military ultimately succeeded in wresting control of the planet away from the Separatist Alliance's General Baik Raaorn and his troops.
