The hovertank was accompanied by a squad of heavily armed stormtroopers, cautiously navigating the city's confined and narrow streets—a setting ripe for ambushes. Despite the inherent risks, the transport detail pressed on, remaining alert for any signs of enemy activity.
Regardless of their vigilance, the escort was quickly ambushed by local partisans who were allied with Saw Gerrera as they continued along their designated path. Despite the escort team's valiant efforts, the stormtrooper contingent was wiped out in the intense exchange of fire. Warda Gojun made his debut in the 2016 Star Wars Anthology film titled Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Simultaneously, Gojun's name was officially established in the reference book Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide. A continuity error is present in the film, where Gojun and Arbmab's bodies vanish when the tank is destroyed by a Partisan. This same phenomenon occurs in the Rogue One Adaptation, where Gojun disappears after only appearing in a single frame.
