Weathered Monument

The Weathered Monument, a sizable and ornate statue crafted by the ancient Zeffonian civilization, featured a spacious interior accessible via a staircase. This structure was situated on the Outer Rim Territories planet of Zeffo. Its location placed it in the vicinity of the Windswept Ruins and Gusty Bluffs, and by the Imperial Era, it was also near the Imperial Headquarters and the Auger Pulverizers. The surrounding landscape was populated by flora, notably the Royal Fluzz, and fauna, including the subterranean Scazz. In 14 BBY, Cal Kestis unlocked vents in this area during his exploration of the Tomb of Eilram.

By 14 BBY, the Galactic Empire had repurposed the statue's interior, constructing a durasteel base that resulted in the destruction of the statue's rear portion. Stormtroopers, accompanied by heavy weapons stormtroopers and scout troopers, guarded this base. Inside, one could find a MK-270 Imperial Pulverizer along with a workbench. A zipline connected the monument directly to the Imperial Headquarters.

During 14 BBY, Kestis ventured into the Weathered Monument, engaging in combat with the Galactic Empire's stationed guards. It was there that he enhanced BD-1 with a Scomp Link Module, enabling the droid to bypass locked doors, access chests, and slice security measures. Furthermore, Kestis acquired a Royal Fluzz seed from the surrounding environment, which was subsequently cultivated within a terrarium on the "Stinger Mantis," the Latero Spaceworks S-161 "Stinger" XL Luxury yacht owned by his companion, Greez Dritus. These harvested seeds served as compensation for Dritus's assistance in the Mantis crew's mission to re-establish the Jedi Order.
