Xenteel was a Human male bounty hunter who operated during the Cold War era. This conflict was between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. During this period of galactic unrest, he partnered with a Twi'lek named Zinny on the planet of Nal Hutta. Operating from the industrial settlement of Jiguuna, they ran a business providing training and equipment to fellow bounty hunters, maintaining a vendor stall within the town's marketplace. On Hutta, Xenteel would send any bounty hunter interested in participating in the Great Hunt to Zinny for instruction.
During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, Xenteel was a Human male bounty hunter. By 3643 BBY, in the standard year calendar, he had become proficient enough in his profession to instruct others. He joined forces with Zinny, a Twi'lek woman, and together they established a venture focused on supplying and training other bounty hunters, drawing from their own experiences. Xenteel and Zinny established a stall for their business on Nal Hutta, a planet which the Hutt species had adopted as their homeworld. Their business was based in the industrial town of Jiguuna, under the control of the Hutt crime lord, Suudaa Nem'ro.

In that same year, Xenteel recognized a bounty hunter in the Poison Pit cantina of Jiguuna as a protégé of Braden, a veteran bounty hunter. He summoned the individual and, after explaining the nature of his and Zinny's business, directed them to Zinny for further training. The hunter then went to Zinny to enhance their skills.
During the Cold War era, Xenteel was regarded as a skilled bounty hunter, possessing extensive knowledge of tactics, weaponry, and maneuvers that enabled him to instruct others in the profession. He held his partner in high esteem, often recommending others to seek her expertise. Xenteel had brown hair and eyes and dark skin.
Xenteel's initial appearance was in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, which was launched by BioWare in 2011. Within the game, Xenteel can be found on Nal Hutta, the starting planet for players choosing the bounty hunter or Imperial Agent class. He plays a role in the "Tools of the Trade" quest, where he directs bounty hunters to Zinny to acquire their initial class skills. Female characters have the option to flirt with him. His voice is provided by Nolan North.
