Yuehiro

Yuehiro was a trans male Twi'lek with sensitivity to the Force, taken in by the Jedi clan under the leadership of Jedi lord Hanrai. At the age of fourteen years, and as a fledgling apprentice, Yuehiro grew frustrated by the reluctance of senior clan members to discuss the Sith demons rumors. Driven by his inquisitiveness, he secretly entered Hanrai's personal library after the established curfew, only to be discovered and brought before his leader.

Biography

Around six years after the conclusion of the Sith rebellion, a Twi'lek trans male who would be known as Yuehiro came into this world. This youngling, possessing a connection to the Force, was adopted into the Jedi clan of Jedi lord Hanrai and given the name and gender assigned at birth. After experimenting with three different names over a four-year period, he eventually settled on "Yuehiro" and moved to the boys' quarters. He received training from Tsuden, who facilitated meditation sessions, and his cohort included Ogara, who assumed leadership duties during their third year.

Two decades following the Sith rebellion, Yuehiro, now fourteen years old, served the Empire as a Jedi apprentice. His quest for answers regarding the whispered tales of Sith demons led him to sneak into Hanrai's private library during the late hours, but he was discovered and summoned to explain himself to Hanrai. As one of Hanrai's adopted apprentices, Yuehiro was taken aback that the lord knew his name, believing himself to be insignificant. The boy explained he was seeking answers regarding the absence of the bones of deceased Jedi from the clan for burial in the shrine; specifically, Master Numoda had not returned and was presumed dead after being sent to the Engai system. Yuehiro was independently investigating the Sith rebellion and the witch because he lacked faith in his other masters to address his inquiries about the rumored Sith demons.

Hanrai granted Yuehiro a seal to continue accessing the library before curfew, but also cautioned him to prioritize sleep and drills. Masamu, Hanrai's aide, questioned the decision, deeming it overly lenient; however, Hanrai explained to Masamu that he had put measures in place to monitor Yuehiro's activities within his files. Furthermore, Hanrai desired to foster trust with the boy and discourage secrecy.

Following Hanrai's duel with the Ronin in Seikara Caverns, the Ronin was captured after entering a catatonic state upon seeing Jedi guardians Ogara and Tsuden, who had been killed and resurrected. The Sith demons were also taken as prisoners aboard Hanrai's Imperial Dreadnought flagship, the Reverent. Yuehiro's aptitude for the black current of the Force resulted in him being paired with an individual gifted with the white flare as guards for the Ronin's cell.

Personality and traits

Yuehiro possessed pale blue skin and made use of hormones. He maintained a neat appearance in his robes and showed concern for his fellow apprentices. His curiosity, fueled by the lack of answers from higher-ranking Jedi, led him to violate rules in pursuit of knowledge. He believed that a Jedi could not defend against unknown threats and questioned the secrecy surrounding records of current dangers.
