A Czerka Corporation warehouse was located near the capital city of the Inner Rim Territories planet Pijal during the Republic Era. The warehouse had recording devices that surveilled the area surrounding the facility.
In 40 BBY, blackguard soldiers secretly operating under the Pijali Princess Fanry's orders rigged a droid to explode and destroy the warehouse. The facility was left in flames, which firefighting droids attempted to extinguish. Pijal's lord regent, Rael Averross, was informed of the attack when a recording of the event was displayed on a holoscreen. He cursed Halin Azucca, the leader of the Opposition performance troupe whom he believed responsible for the incident, and hurriedly left a cantina to return to the royal palace.
Days later, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi were shown a holographic recording of the warehouse's destruction while being briefed about recent upheavals on Pijal. Fanry blamed the attack on the facility on the Opposition, claiming the group consisted of terrorists unwilling to meet with the monarchy to find a peaceful solution. Afterward, the Jedi pair began investigating the origins of several attacks in the Pijal system and acquired the recording of the warehouse's destruction from the Pijali royal guard captain Deren to assist their efforts. Jinn and Kenobi later discovered that Azucca and her group of Opposition artists were not involved in the facility's destruction, having been framed for incidents instigated by the blackguards.
The Czerka warehouse appeared in a hologram in Master & Apprentice, a 2019 novel written by Claudia Gray.
