Attack on the Trade Federation Sensor Station

The assault on the Trade Federation Sensor Station, orchestrated by Nym alongside the Lok Revenants, aimed to eliminate the persistent Trade Federation Sensor Station that had been tracking their every move for a decade.

Prelude

Prior to the events described, the pirate Nym and his crew were engaged in attacks against Trade Federation vessels in 32 BBY, but were forced to flee after their base was destroyed. For the subsequent ten years, they remained fugitives. Nym, after allying himself with Jedi Master Adi Gallia and the Revenants, found himself in a position to launch another offensive.

The battle

The offensive was executed through both aerial and naval means. Sol Sixxa and Captain Orsai were in charge of two Demolition Boats, each carrying explosives, and they received aerial support from Nym, Jinkins, Reti, and Adi Gallia. The path leading to the Sensor Station was heavily guarded with mines and Tractor Towers. The arrival of bombers, Vulture droid starfighters, and Trade Federation U-boats further complicated the group's progress.

Once the team navigated through the maze of islands and defensive measures, they reached the Sensor Station itself. There, they were met with a warning issued by Harro Ruuk, the Trade Federation regional commander responsible for the Karthakk system. Subsequently, Sol Sixxa managed to infiltrate the station and plant explosive charges, leading to its complete destruction. Ruuk then emerged in a crab submarine and confronted Nym, who swiftly destroyed the submarine.

Aftermath

Following the destruction of the Sensor Station, Nym and his companions set course for coordinates that pointed to Mount Merakan, intending to investigate the Trade Federation's interest in the area. Ruuk, however, managed to escape via an escape pod and rendezvoused with a nearby Lucrehulk-class battleship. There, he met his end due to a vial of trihexalon after Captain Cavik Toth expressed extreme dissatisfaction with Ruuk's perceived lack of success.
