In 3643 BBY, time found Bashrar within the grounds of Fa'athra's Palace, located on the planet of Nal Hutta, where he stood alongside a Human commando also part of the Hutt's forces, near a couple of speeder bikes.
A bounty hunter seeking entry into the Great Hunt competition managed to get inside Fa'athra's Palace while attempting to secure sponsorship from Suudaa Nem'ro, Fa'athra's rival. Recognizing the need for additional credits to finance their participation in the Great Hunt, the hunter's associate, Mako, identified several of Fa'athra's subordinates with bounties on their heads for the bounty hunter to claim. The hunter then found Bashrar by the speeder bikes and proceeded to kill him.
