The conflict known as the Battle of the Corellian Shipyards, alternatively referred to as the battle on Corellia, unfolded on the Core Worlds planet of Corellia. This battle took place at the same time as the destruction of Starlight Beacon during the larger Nihil conflict in 230 BBY. Alys "Crash" Ongwa, along with individuals from her company, joined forces with Jedi Masters Kantam Sy, Cohmac Vitus, and Yoda, as well as Padawans Reath Silas and Ram Jomaram, and Zeen Mrala in opposition to Nihil troops. These Nihil troops were under the command of Sabata Krill, who was trying to seize vessels from the shipyards of Coronet City.
The Corellia battle was initially depicted in the young-adult novel The High Republic: Midnight Horizon, which was released in 2022. Daniel José Older authored the novel as a contribution to the Star Wars: The High Republic publishing project.
