Infiltration on Corellia

The Corellian infiltration represents an operation initiated under the command of Krix Kamerat's Nihil cell, acting on the direct orders of the Eye of the Nihil, Marchion Ro. With the assistance of the Father of Finances, Nomar Tralmat, the Nihil managed to conceal a significant number of their forces—numbering in the hundreds—within the Core World of Corellia, specifically embedding them within the ranks of the Coronet municipal police. Tralmat facilitated this by falsely claiming he was hiring the undercover marauders to bolster security for new starships under construction at the Santhe Shipyards located in Coronet City. However, the true objective of the Nihil was to exploit this access to seize Longbeam cruisers and MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruisers, intending to utilize these vessels in the destruction of Starlight Beacon. Furthermore, the Nihil played a role in intensifying a union dispute on Gus Talon, aiming to divert the attention of Corellia's Jedi planetary defense forces; this included orchestrating a bombing at Gus Talon University.

Kamerat's ability to actively participate in the starship theft was curtailed when he was apprehended by the Jedi during a raid conducted on his base of operations situated at Dol'har Hyde. Following Tralmat's staged death, which exhibited clear indicators of Nihil involvement, a Jedi team—comprising Jedi Masters Cohmac Vitus and Kantam Sy, along with Padawans Reath Silas and Ram Jomaram—was dispatched from Starlight Beacon to Coronet City, where they joined forces with the Supreme Coronet City Diplomat Protection. Simultaneously, Ovus Buckell, Tralmat's political figurehead who succeeded him as the new Father of Finances after his presumed demise, was misled into believing that the Nihil would only conduct a series of minor attacks intended to sow distrust of outsiders among the Corellians. Contrary to this deception, hundreds of Nihil, accompanied by armored units, advanced toward the shipyards as the operation reached its culmination. Ultimately, the Jedi, the Diplomat Protection agency, and the other allied forces they successfully gathered defeated the Nihil's scheme.

Despite this setback, the other elements of Ro's broader strategy achieved success, culminating in the destruction of Starlight Beacon before he deployed the stormseeds. Furthermore, the Nihil infiltration directly triggered a civil war on Corellia.
