Blue-finned crayfish

The blue-finned crayfish was a unique crustacean species that only lived on the planet Koboh, located in the Outer Rim. This species was known for being very difficult to find. Priorite miners once attempted to capture this uncommon animal to sell it for a considerable sum. Because they were unsuccessful, many people began to believe that the species did not exist. However, the blue-finned crayfish simply avoided being caught by holding onto the bottoms of rocks and blending in with the water. Even when seen, the creature was still difficult to catch because of its streamlined shape, which made it incredibly slick, and its pointed claws.

In 9 BBY, Skoova Stev, a Sakavian fisherman living on Koboh, managed to catch a blue-finned crayfish at an old settlement in Rambler's Reach Outpost by coating his suit in grease to counteract the animal's slippery nature. This crustacean was later placed in the aquarium at Pyloon's Saloon.
