He participated in the Committee for Imperial Reallocation during 5 ABY, a year, and was present at a committee session held in the office of Chancellor Mon Mothma on Chandrila, a planet. During this session, Senator Ashmin Ek voiced criticism towards Mothma due to her lapse in focus caused by a previous injury; Bushar, along with several other senators, showed their agreement by nodding. Following the conclusion of the meeting by Mothma's advisor, Auxi Kray Korbin, Ek addressed Bushar, pointedly reminding him that he was supporting Tolwar Wartol, Mothma's rival, in the approaching election.
