Darth Hadra, a Dark Lord of the Sith from the reconstituted Sith Empire, was a female Human who held a seat on the Dark Council during the time of the Cold War.
Rumors circulated that Hadra's rise to the rank of Darth was due to an affair with Darth Malgus; however, these rumors were unfounded. Her ascent was achieved through the simple act of murdering those who stood in her way. As a rival to Darth Mekhis, Hadra held dominion over the Empire's capital, Dromund Kaas, and also oversaw the Sphere of Technology, one of the twelve Spheres of Influence each governed by a Council member. Hadra secured her position on the Dark Council after a Republic Strategic Information Service operation led to Mekhis's vanishing. Upon her forces' discovery of an ancient Sith shrine near Kaas City, Hadra attempted to declare it as her territory, but Darth Arctis, the leader of the Sphere of Ancient Knowledge, challenged her claim, leading to a conflict between them.
In 3640 BBY, Hadra, along with fellow Dark Councilor Darth Acharon, journeyed to the disputed planet of Corellia to bolster Darth Decimus, the head of the Sphere of Military Strategy, in the ongoing war there. Darth Hadra, Acharon, and Decimus were summoned via holo to an urgent Dark Council meeting by Darth Baras, who attempted to claim the position of Emperor's Voice and was subsequently defeated by the Emperor's Wrath. Following this, Hadra and the remaining members of the Dark Council pledged their allegiance to their Emperor's Wrath. During the Republic's assault on the Legislature Building, Hadra barricaded herself in the safe room with the Corellian Council. When a Republic Hero confronted her, she asserted that the Council had willingly joined the Empire and that her demise would not alter this fact. After a fierce battle, Hadra was ultimately defeated and killed.
Hadra possessed the ability to wield Force lightning. Hadra fought with a purple double-bladed Sith lightsaber. Furthermore, she was a more skilled combatant than Darth Mekhis.
