In conjunction with Adascorp, the Trust acquired the Telerath Interstellar Banking Initiative during 3963 BBY, subsequently divesting the majority of its holdings to Adascorp. This action was, in reality, a strategic maneuver to draw the wanted Padawan, Zayne Carrick, into exposure should he attempt to reach out to his father.
Following the conclusion of the First Battle of Omonoth, the Draay Trust submitted a filing in Adascopolis to gain control of Adascorp.
