Es'Loma
Es'Loma was a Tarasin female belonging to the Wyrd, which was a coven of Force-using witches. This group was active on the planet of Cularin in the final years of the Galactic Republic. At approximately 31 BBY, Es'Loma journeyed to Coruscant and gave assistance to the Believers cult in their theft of a Mandalorian iron container. The cultists believed this box held a potent Sith artifact. She went with the Believers back to their secret base located in the Coruscant undercity. There, she was attacked and ultimately defeated by Jedi-aligned agents who had been dispatched to retrieve the stolen container.
Biography
Es'Loma, a Force-sensitive Tarasin female, held membership within the Wyrd. This coven consisted of dark side-utilizing Force witches that were operating on the planet of Cularin as the Galactic Republic drew to a close. Circa 31 BBY, a powerful and ancient Sith artifact known as the Pulas was unearthed on Almas by a team of Jedi researchers. The Believers, a Sith-devoted cult functioning within the Cularin system, sought to steal this artifact. Es'loma conceived a plan to assist the cultists in seizing the relic from the Jedi Order.
To thwart the Believers' acquisition of the Pulas, the Jedi made arrangements to transport the artifact to Coruscant, the galactic capital world, for secure storage. The Jedi assembled a small fleet to carry the artifact; each starship in the fleet was designated to transport a Mandalorian iron box to Coruscant, with only one containing the Pulas and the others serving as decoys. Es'Loma joined the crew of a vessel within the armada that the Believers suspected of carrying the Pulas, aligning herself with the Wookiee Wojarra and the Human Force Adepts San Herrera and Nia Reston aboard the ship. The group retrieved their assigned box from the Almas Academy Jedi training institution on Almas and set course for Coruscant. Es'Loma intended to aid the Believers in stealing the relic upon the ship's arrival on Coruscant, concealing her true intentions and Wyrd affiliation from the rest of the crew. The Mandalorian iron box aboard the ship was, in reality, a decoy containing a fragment of the dark side-imbued city of Conkesta, not the Pulas.
Upon the Jedi fleet's arrival at Coruscant, Es'Loma's ship docked at a landing platform, where she and her fellow crew members were greeted by Nysis Belzara, a Bothan Jedi Knight who had arrived to escort them to a safe house. As part of a pre-arranged diversion, Es'Loma intentionally fell from the platform's edge, only to be caught by a waiting speeder below. While Belzara and Es'Loma's crewmates were distracted by the Tarasin witch's staged predicament, a group of Believer thugs stormed the landing platform and absconded with the Mandalorian iron box.
Subsequently, the Believers retreated to their secret base in the Coruscant undercity with their newly acquired prize. Es'Loma accompanied the cultists to the hideout and went to sleep in an alcove situated near the facility's entrance.
A team of Jedi-affiliated agents reached the Believer base, pursuing the stolen box. Awaking, Es'Loma launched an assault on the Jedi agents, utilizing the Force to mask her presence as she struck. Nevertheless, she and the Believers were defeated; the agents recovered the Mandalorian iron box and subsequently escorted it to the Jedi Temple, the Jedi Order's headquarters.
Personality and traits
Es'Loma possessed an unpleasant disposition and demonstrated a talent for deception, evident in her plan to steal the Pulas by infiltrating the crew of the vessel believed to be transporting the relic. She disliked engaging in combat where her opponents were significantly outmatched. During her journey to Coruscant with Herrera, Reston, and Wojarra, Es'Loma conveyed an eagerness to witness the city-covered world.

Behind the scenes
Es'Loma made an appearance in Coruscani Dawn, a roleplaying adventure penned by Morrie Mullins and released in 2002 as part of RPGA's Living Force campaign.
In Coruscani Dawn, the players assume the role-play of Jedi-allied agents dispatched to retrieve the stolen Mandalorian iron box. The players' actions and decisions influence the outcomes of their encounter with Es'Loma and the Believers at the secret undercity base. If the player characters apprehend a Believer guard stationed to watch the entrance to the secret undercity base, Es'Loma is asleep and off-guard when the players arrive at the hideout. If the players fail to apprehend the guard, Es'Loma receives advance warning that the players are coming and sets an ambush by climbing on the ceiling and leaping down onto the player characters when they enter the base. If the player characters are significantly outmatched by Es'Loma and the Believers, the Tarasin witch crawls onto the ceiling and leaves the hideout in disgust at the poor odds. It is also possible for Es'Loma to be incapacitated or killed during the fight. If Es'Loma is immobilized, the Believers thugs start to flee the base.
