The Free Virgillia-class Bunkerbuster, also referenced as the Bunker Buster, Resistance Bunkerbuster, or Resistance cruiser, represented a corvette design manufactured by the Corellian Engineering Corporation. The Resistance employed it during the First Order-Resistance War. A notable Bunker Buster, the Ninka, was under the command of Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo for the Resistance.
The corvette class designated Free Virgillia possessed significant firepower. Its armament included powerful bunker buster plasma bombs, turbolaser turrets with dedicated power supplies, and the capacity to carry either bomber craft or a squadron of A-wing starfighters, which could dock on its strengthened pylons.

In 34 ABY, the Resistance utilized the bunkerbuster Ninka, which was captained by Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo. During the Battle of Oetchi, the Ninka acted as an escort for the Resistance flagship Raddus. Ultimately, it was destroyed after running out of fuel and drifting within range of the pursuing Supremacy.
Numerous Free Virgillia-class corvettes answered the call to arms issued by General Lando Calrissian against the Sith Eternal forces. They participated in the Battle of Exegol alongside the Citizens' Fleet.
The Free Virgillia-class Bunkerbuster made its initial appearance in the 2017 video game Star Wars Battlefront II, specifically as part of The Last Jedi season content.
