Ghost Moon

The Ghost Moon, a moon of volcanic nature, existed within the galaxy. It was the site of a conflict during the Galactic Civil War, where Task Force 99, the elite unit of the Galactic Empire, engaged a contingent of Rebel troopers.

Description

Featuring a rugged, rocky terrain, the Ghost Moon displayed volcanic characteristics and a [red](/article/color]-tinted, dark sky. A city sat at the base of an active volcano, with bridges spanning rivers of flowing lava. Dianogas inhabited its sewer systems.

History

The inhabitants of Ghost Moon abandoned their city due to the eruption of the local volcano, leaving it deserted and in ruins. The streets were filled with debris and broken vehicles, with volcanic ash permeating the atmosphere. Years later, during the Galactic Civil War, Task Force 99 downed Admiral Verette's Taylander shuttle above the Ghost Moon. They then tracked the surviving Rebels through the desolate city, eliminating them and taking the admiral into custody for interrogation.
