Hammertong

Hammertong, a magmatic crystal, was the designation for a substance that Geonosian hives researched and then contracted out to a facility situated on Mygeeto. The name Hammertong appeared within a report originating from Colonel Haxen Delto of the Rebel Alliance Intelligence Service to General Davits Draven. This report concerned the Geonosians and an Ultimate Weapon, which the Rebel Alliance had learned about through secondhand information years prior. The report also touched upon growing speculation surrounding a potential project possibly being conducted by the Galactic Empire.

This report was later featured in The Rebel Files. Following its rediscovered on Durkteel in 34 ABY and subsequent delivery to the Resistance, Major Caluan Ematt added a note to the report. In this note, he emphasized the need for a more thorough investigation into Hammertong, expressing his increasing belief in the reality of a First Order superweapon as rumors about it continued to spread.
