Harb Binli was a male human pilot hailing from Eriadu. He fought for the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. During this conflict, Binli, as a Cadet, was known as Red Seven.
Following the Mission to Eadu, Jyn Erso presented the threat posed by the Death Star to the Alliance Cabinet and a gathering of military personnel. Binli, positioned near Erso and Bodhi Rook, was among those present. He listened intently to the passionate debate and ultimately supported Erso's call to action. Subsequently, he participated in the Battle of Scarif, where his wingman and close friend, Pedrin Gaul, met his death. Later, he fought in the Battle of Yavin, where he was killed in action.
Sometime before 0 BBY, Binli was assigned to Shift Cycle 2 of an X-wing patrol flight. His fellow pilots on this mission included Cdt. Pedrin Gaul (Red Five) and Lt. Nozzo Naytaan (Red Nine). Their objective was to travel from Yavin to Gordian Trace Relays, conduct a flyby of the surrounding area, and, after confirming that both visual and sensor readings were clear, perform a close uplink of passive relay recordings.

Despite being a relatively new member of Red Squadron, Binli demonstrated exceptional skill in strafing runs against point defense cannons, owing to his talent and determination. He gained considerable knowledge from his more experienced wingmate and mentor, Pedrin Gaul.
Benjamin Hartley played Harb Binli in the 2016 film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
