Ho'ror'te was an admiral within the ranks of the New Republic Defense Fleet, with his service occurring during the era of the Galactic Civil War. In the year 5 ABY, during a gathering of the New Republic High Command, Ho'ror'te gave an account of the Unerring and its accompanying vessels and the sacrifices they made to dismantle a plot devised by a vizier serving Emperor Palpatine.
Following his presentation, General Hera Syndulla discussed the endeavors of her battle group's to protect the Nythlide Array from blockades imposed by the forces of the Galactic Empire. She also let those present at the meeting know of her plans to resume the hunt for the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, an announcement that prompted a response from Ho'ror'te.
