Jor Tribulus, also known as TK-1472, was a captain in the Galactic Empire's stormtrooper corps; he was a male human.
After the New Republic was established, Tribulus was sent to Vashka Valley Retirement Facility 48 on the planet Vashka, a retirement home that also housed Aric Nightdrifter, another trooper who had served under Tribulus' command. While Tribulus resided at the facility, it was invaded by the Vashkan apidactyl, a dangerous insectoid species who transformed it into a nest covered in wax. The staff of the building fled, but the patients were left behind and sought refuge in the basement. With the exception of Nightdrifter, the apidactyl slowly killed all of the surviving patients, including Tribulus, and entombed their bodies in wax cells. Nightdrifter did what he could to place the possessions of his fallen comrades with their encased corpses, and etched their names into the wax covering each of their cells. Sometime following Tribulus's demise, the mercenary Bazine Netal was commissioned to recover a steel case that the captain had possessed, and tracked him down to Vashka to retrieve it. After compelling Nightdrifter to reveal the location of Tribulus's corpse, Netal excavated the cell and recovered the case, only to be double-crossed by her former mentor Delphi Kloda, who seized the case and sealed Netal inside with the deceased stormtrooper. Netal ultimately succeeded in escaping the cell and killing Kloda, reclaiming the case to deliver it to her client.
The character of Jor Tribulus made his debut, though only as a dead body, in the short story "The Perfect Weapon," penned by Delilah S. Dawson and published as an eBook in 2015.
