Kalaxo, a male human, functioned as an officer within the Galactic Empire's Hunter Fleet throughout the Galactic Civil War. In the course of Operation Starlight, Kalaxo possessed the rank of Admiral and served as the commanding officer of the ISD known as the Ultima II, taking part in a Battle against the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Eleventh Division. As the conflict progressed, the Rebel Alliance's Starlight Squadron made their appearance, prompting Lieutenant Bonnard to notify Kalaxo about the arrival of six X-wing starfighters together with a solitary A-wing starfighter. He questioned whether any capital ships were present, and Bonnard verified that only the starfighters were present. Bonnard then proposed informing their commanding officer Commander Ellian Zahra regarding this development, due to her belief that this might be the same squadron Zahra had recently engaged at Felucia. However, Kalaxo stated that they should do that after securing victory. Starlight Squadron ultimately annihilated the Ultima II when its pilots launched proton torpedoes into a volcano situated directly beneath the Ultima II, resulting in the deaths of Kalaxo and all individuals on board.
