Moggee was a member of a sentient species and a part of the criminal group known as the Gatto Gang, which also included Sylvestarr and Ziggee. During the time of the Empire, the three owed credits to Duke Blazor of the Black Sun syndicate, leading to them being pursued by the assassin droid bounty hunter IG-88. Moggee attempted to ensnare IG-88 using energy binders, but the droid was not fooled, and Moggee, along with the rest of the gang, was captured.

Moggee belonged to a sentient species and, with Sylvestarr and Ziggee, they established a criminal organization called the Gatto Gang. In the days of the Galactic Empire's rule, the group was in debt, owing a considerable amount of currency to Duke Blazor, who was associated with the Black Sun criminal organization. Consequently, the duke contracted the bounty hunter assassin droid IG-88 to apprehend them for him on a desolate world.
After locating the gang, IG-88 pursued them through a bustling marketplace until he isolated Moggee. Recognizing that IG-88 was after them, Moggee dashed into a building, boasting about their scheme to surprise the target and sarcastically referring to him as "iron pants." Inside, Moggee positioned energy binders close to each other with the intention of impeding IG-88's progress. Unbeknownst to Moggee, a fragment of metal was lying on the floor in front of the energy binders. As IG-88 entered the building, Moggee concealed themself to activate the energy binders while continuing to taunt the droid.
IG-88 noticed the metal and departed the area just as Moggee activated the binders. When the binders failed to function as intended, Moggee emerged from their hiding place to investigate, assuming IG-88 was gone. However, IG-88 stealthily bypassed them and activated the binders, shocking Moggee and rendering the criminal unconscious. Moggee eventually regained consciousness after the droid had apprehended the remaining members of the Gatto Gang. Sometime between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the monster droid CR-8R recounted IG-88's pursuit of the criminal trio to the cartographer Emil Graf.
