His activities took place in the Anoat sector while it was under the Imperial Iron Blockade established by Governor Ubrik Adelhard. For a period, Nogba collaborated with The Smuggler to take out shared adversaries. Quush subsequently connected The Smuggler and Riley with Voras, a Hutt, in Cloud City on the planet [Bespin], following the revelation of Emperor Palpatine's death.
