Galen Walton Erso held a position as a teacher at a college that was based on this world.
In the year 14 BBY, Berch Teller and the rebel cell under his command disseminated false information, suggesting they were traveling to Obroa-skai aboard Moff Wilhuff Tarkin's stolen corvette known as the Carrion Spike. As a consequence, the Empire redirected substantial resources, including a trio of interdictor vessels, with the aim of capturing the insurgents. A space accident occurred when the gravity well projectors on the Immobilizer 418 cruiser malfunctioned, leading to the loss of 1,100 lives among the passengers of the MC80 Star Cruiser named Stellar Vista.
