A male individual who worked as a bounty hunter, Oked participated in a syndicate of fellow bounty hunters during the Clone Wars. Their objective was a job on the planet called Quarzite. Before this task commenced, the group met on the planet Tatooine. While there, Oked, accompanied by fellow hunters Bossk and Latts Razzi, paid a visit to Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina. Inside the cantina, Oked attempted to converse with the Dathomirian Asajj Ventress, but she killed him after he became enraged by her lack of attention.
During the Clone Wars, a conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Oked, a male bounty hunter, allied himself with other bounty hunters. These included Bossk, C-21 Highsinger, Dengar, and Latts Razzi, all operating under the leadership of Boba Fett, a young clone. Their mission was a cargo escort job on the planet Quarzite, contracted by Otua Blank, the Belugan King. Prior to their trip to Quarzite, the hunters convened at the spaceport in Mos Eisley, where Oked, along with Bossk and Razzi, decided to stop by a local cantina.
While at the cantina, Oked saw Asajj Ventress, a Dathomirian woman, enter and order a drink. Approaching her, he attempted to start a conversation. However, when Ventress paid him no attention, Oked became infuriated and seized her arm. In response, Ventress activated one of the lightsabers on her belt. The blade of the weapon pierced Oked through his abdomen, resulting in his death and a stunned silence in the bar. Once the atmosphere returned to normal, Bossk and Razzi approached Ventress and informed her that Oked had been a member of their team. They then offered her the opportunity to take his place in the mission, threatening to hand her over to the authorities if she declined. The Dathomirian accepted, and the three departed, leaving the Nimbanel bartender of the cantina to remove Oked's body.
Oked's initial appearance was in "Bounty," the twentieth installment of the fourth season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. This episode, broadcast in 2012, featured Tom Kane as the voice actor for Oked, the same actor who voiced Yoda in the series.
