Prinspai was a male soldier from the insectoid species, serving in the 61st Mobile Infantry of the New Republic. Because the attack on Cerberon by Colonel Soran Keize's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing had created a lack of available pilots during the Galactic Civil War, Wyl Lark chose Prinspai to operate an airspeeder as part of an improvised squadron.
Alexander Freed included Prinspai as a character in his 2020 novel, Shadow Fall.
