Among its staff were Tracene Kane, a human reporter, and Lug, a Trandoshan who worked as a cameraman. During their inaugural day on the air, Tracene conducted an interview with Olia Choko, the New Republic's spokesperson for public relations, and Lug filmed Olia's heated exchange with Geeska Dotalo, as well as Corporal Camerand Argell's coerced procession of Imperial captives.
