Doctor Rajam Nuss was a human male cyberneticist operating on Milvayne. He functioned as the dedicated cybernetics specialist for [Tam Posla](/article/tam_posla]. Subsequently, Chelli Aphra and 0-0-0 engaged Nuss with the intention of having proximity bombs extracted from their bodies; however, Nuss inadvertently triggered a failsafe mechanism during an attempt to deceive them. Unaware of this development, Triple-Zero killed him, deeming him to be of no further use.
Rajam Nuss received his training as a cyberneticist under the guidance of Professor Prexo. This education ultimately led to him establishing his own laboratory on the planet of Milvayne. At a later point, Nuss became the personal cyberneticist for Tam Posla, the most esteemed lawman of the Milvayne Authority, until Posla turned rogue in pursuit of the fugitive doctor Cornelius Evazan.

Around the year 1 ABY, Chelli Aphra and the assassin droid 0-0-0 sought out Nuss. Evazan had implanted proximity bombs within them, and they located Nuss after examining the data archives on Posla's ship. Nuss accepted their payment of a sash of Milvayne credits and commenced his work. He scanned them, subsequently positioning them at his auto-surgeon. While the pair were sedated, he made an attempt to extract the proximity bombs.
However, Nuss activated the fail-safes of the bombs, causing them to be set to detonate in ten hours. Afraid of delivering the unfortunate news, Nuss urged the pair to depart upon their awakening. However, 0-0-0 remained behind, requesting that he locate Evazan, who was observing through the droid's visual sensors. Nuss stated his inability to comply, resulting in 0-0-0 killing him, as he was no longer of any value to the droid. Simultaneously, Aphra realized that Nuss had failed to remove the proximity bombs and entered the scene of the murder while informing 0-0-0 of the situation.
Rajam Nuss was a human male characterized by fair skin, red hair, and brown eyes. During his time as a student under Professor Prexo, he had a tendency to fall asleep during lessons. Despite being a qualified cyberneticist, Nuss was sufficiently clumsy to trigger the fail-safes within the proximity bombs that had been implanted inside two of his patients. Overcome with guilt, he attempted to expedite their departure before they became aware of the situation.
