Royal line of the Unbroken Clan

The Unbroken Clan's royal lineage constituted the family that held dominion over the Unbroken Clan criminal organization. Prior to approximately 10 BBY, the human male who was the Grand Leader of the clan on Corellia headed this lineage. He raised his daughter, Krynthia, with the express intention of her succeeding him as the clan's leader. The Grand Leader also raised Vukorah, whom he had rescued from the streets. Krynthia eventually fell in love with Khamus, the successor to the Mourner's Wail Syndicate, the Unbroken Clan's rival, and around 10 BBY, Krynthia became pregnant. Afraid that Krynthia's father would kill Khamus if the truth came out, the two plotted to flee Corellia. However, unbeknownst to Krynthia, Khamus intended to murder Krynthia and their unborn baby to prevent his own father from discovering the situation and disinheriting him. Khamus contracted the crew of the bounty hunter Nakano Lash to infiltrate an Unbroken Clan sanctuary and assassinate a target, without revealing the target's identity to them. Upon locating the target, they discovered the truth, and Lash eliminated Khamus before he could harm Krythnia. Lash then assisted the Unbroken Clan's heir in escaping. Weeks later, Krynthia passed away during childbirth, but the child, a female named Cadeliah, survived. Aware that Cadeliah, upon reaching adulthood, could resolve the conflict between the two clans she was heir to, Lash went into hiding to raise her. Following his daughter's demise, the Grand Leader secluded himself in the Unbroken Clan Palace to grieve, leaving Vukorah, now a general, in charge of maintaining the clan's unity.

During the period between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, the lineage had governed the syndicate for numerous generations. As she was dying from pneumogray, Lash emerged from hiding and entrusted her protégé, the bounty hunter Beilert Valance, with ensuring Cadeliah's safety until she was old enough to claim her inheritance. Lash contacted Vukorah, also attempting to negotiate an agreement with her regarding Cadeliah's safety, but the general was unwilling to allow Cadeliah to undo all that she had accomplished within the clan. Vukorah then placed a bounty on Valance and Cadeliah, offering payment for their capture, dead or alive, and hired the hunters 4-LOM and Zuckuss for the task. The two were unsuccessful in their attempts, and Valance left Cadeliah in the care of Yuralla Vega, his former lover, and the Rebel Alliance.

After forging an alliance with Lady Qi'ra of Crimson Dawn, Vukorah received the Unbroken Dagger, which had been lost for centuries, and traveled to the Unbroken Clan Palace to converse with the Grand Leader. He informed her that due to Krynthia's death years prior, the lineage would end upon his death, unaware that he had a granddaughter. The general told the Grand Leader she was unwilling to let that happen, and revealed to him that she had the dagger. When the Grand Leader tried to tell Vukorah the relic was meant to only be held by members of the line, she stabbed him with it, causing his death. As the Grand Leader lay dying, Vukorah informed him of Cadeliah's existence, and that his granddaughter would soon join him in death after she was captured by Crimson Dawn. Vukorah then seized control of the clan, becoming the new Grand Leader. After Cadeliah was captured by Crimson Dawn, she was kept safe by Qi'ra as she believed that with the girl's help, as a result of her being the heir to two of the Unbroken Clan and Mourner's Wail, she could unite the criminal underworld. Eventually Cadeliah's existence, and her place as the rightful heir to the Unbroken Clan began to become known to other members of the clan, who then tried to remove Vukorah from her position. First, Skormarra attempted to kill Vukorah and take the throne until Cadeliah was ready to take it herself, but was unsuccessful and killed by Vukorah. Then sometime later, two members made plans to kill Vukorah and allow Cadeliah to claim the title that had been held by her grandfather.
