A settlement existed within the galaxy. The Weequay named S'ira resided in this settlement until its annihilation at the hands of the criminal organization Crimson Dawn; this occurred sometime between 3 ABY and 4 ABY. As a consequence of the destruction of their home, S'ira resolved to fight against the Dawn and ultimately established the group known as the Revengers alongside the human Ankala Sahm and the Trandoshan Tanka. Tanka's village suffered a similar fate, being destroyed by Crimson Dawn a mere two weeks following the devastation of S'ira's. A couple of months following their village's demise, S'ira, together with Sahm and Tanka, were recruited by the Sith Lord Darth Vader to become part of his team and assist in his mission to dismantle Crimson Dawn.
The initial reference to S'ira's village appeared in the eighteenth edition of the Star Wars: Darth Vader comic book series. Marvel Comics released this issue on December 1, 2021. Greg Pak penned the story for the issue, while Leonard Kirk provided the illustrations.
