Sixtat, also known by the moniker "Outlands Butcher," functioned as a brutal Sakiyan bounty hunter during the era of the Clone Wars. The gruesome techniques he used against his targets, which ultimately resulted in their deaths, are what earned Sixtat his infamous title. Count Dooku, a Sith Lord, and Moralo Eval, a criminal mastermind, noticed Sixtat's thirst for blood and invited him to participate in a series of trials at the Box located on the planet Serenno.

At an unrecorded time in his past, Sixtat chose the path of a bounty hunter, achieving notoriety throughout the galaxy. His reputation was built on the violent methods he employed against his targets, leading to his grim title of "Outlands Butcher". In 20 BBY, amidst the Clone Wars, Count Dooku, a Sith Lord, and Moralo Eval, a criminal mastermind, extended an invitation to Sixtat and other bounty hunters to compete in a series of trials at the Box on the planet Serenno. Dooku's eye was caught by Sixtat's bloodlust, which was the main reason for the invitation.
The victors of these potentially deadly challenges, competing against fellow bounty hunters, would have the honor of kidnapping Sheev Palpatine, the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. Sixtat performed admirably in the trials, progressing to the fourth and last challenge, which involved shooting a distant, rapidly moving target. The Sakiyan was the first to attempt the challenge, successfully hitting the target twice. However, he failed to hit the target on his third try, which caused his platform to collapse, sending him into a fiery pit, much to Eval's pleasure, which resulted in the death of the "Outlands Butcher", ending his career permanently.
Sixtat was a Sakiyan male bounty hunter, standing at 1.84 meters (6 feet in height, and distinguished by his Orange and red eyes and pink and red skin. Sakiyans were known for their suitability for hunting large game because of their acute senses and rapid reflexes, and Sixtat was no different. His morbid skill for gruesomely killing his prey earned him the colorful name "Outlands Butcher." The sniper accepted the unpleasant title with pride.
Sixtat used his skills in the bounty hunting profession, earning him a great deal of notoriety for his cruel techniques and the arrogance to think he was invincible. However, his belief in his invincibility would eventually lead to his demise.
