During the Galactic Civil War, a Zabrak female named Tettsel Anker resided on Corellia; she held the position of sub-councilor within the Chirq Council. Her existence took place in this time period.
Anker, Tettsel, was affiliated with the Chirq Council, a criminal syndicate. Following the Battle of Yavin, both Tettsel Anker and Dain Pax, holding sub-councilor roles, underwent training at the Second Elite Council Bunker, located near Doaba Guerfel. This training was intended to facilitate the establishment of new Chirq Council branches in Bela Vistal and Vreni Island.
In 1 ABY, due to increased ryll trafficking on Corellia, the Corellian Security Force initiated an investigation targeting the Chirq Council. Captain Vitala Baize successfully placed an undercover CorSec operative within the group. This agent, posing as Chirq Council member Trins Evnar, infiltrated Jzoro Quanera's Chirq Council cell in Doaba Guerfel. The CorSec obtained the identities of the nine elite councilors and the locations of their secret headquarters from Jzoro Quanera's database. Subsequently, the CorSec launched assaults on both the First and Second Elite Council Bunkers. During the raid on the Second Elite Council Bunker, Agent Chun Solso was assigned the task of thwarting Tettsel Anker and Dain Pax's efforts to expand the Chirq Council's influence into Bela Vistal and Vreni Island. To accomplish this, Agent Solso enlisted the aid of an independent spacer, a former CorSec associate. The spacer engaged and ultimately eliminated the two sub-councilors. The Chirq Council eventually fragmented after the CorSec killed the Chirq Council elite councilors in the Elite Council Bunkers.
