Uneti blossoms, a variety of sweet-smelling, pink flower, grew on uneti trees. In the time of the High Republic Era, Jedi Master Wishan utilized the petals of these blossoms, gathered from the Great Tree—a uneti tree located at the Jedi Temple on the Core Worlds planet of Coruscant—to craft incense. Stellan Gios, also a Jedi Master, occasionally burned this incense while meditating aboard the starship known as the Coruscant Dawn.
In 231 BBY, during the Republic Fair held on Valo, a planet in the Outer Rim, a number of these flowers were transported from the Great Tree on Coruscant to be exhibited, suspended using a repulsor field. When Bell Zettifar, a Jedi Padawan, started asking about the flowers at the fair, Gios verified to him that the displayed blooms were indeed Uneti blossoms. Gios then proposed to send Zettifar some of Wishan's incense, further explaining its origins and benefits, which the Padawan greatly appreciated.
The novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, penned by Cavan Scott in 2021 as part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project, featured Uneti blossoms.
