A bounty hunter, a female Human, was contracted in 43.5 ABY by Natasi Daala, the Chief of State of the Galactic Alliance. She teamed up with Vrannin Vaxx, a cyborg mercenary, and Dhidal Nyz, a Quarren bounty hunter, with the mission to apprehend Valin Horn, a fugitive Jedi Knight. Horn had been experiencing an enigmatic psychosis and had gone on a destructive rampage through Coruscant, the galactic capital. During their pursuit, however, they were attacked by Han Solo, a former smuggler, and his wife, Leia Organa Solo, aboard their starship, the Millennium Falcon. The bounty hunters' cargo hauler was damaged by the attack, forcing them to abandon their pursuit.

In the year 43.5 ABY, a female Human bounty hunter participated in the search for Valin Horn, a Jedi Knight. Horn, who was suffering from an enigmatic madness that led him to believe everyone he knew had been replaced by imposters, had been brought to the Jedi Temple for study. However, he quickly escaped and began a destructive spree through Coruscant, the galactic capital. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, prompting Jedi, bounty hunters, and agents of Galactic Alliance Security to join the hunt. This particular Human bounty hunter was one of many hired by Natasi Daala, the Chief of State, as part of her special-missions force. She was partnered with Vrannin Vaxx, a cyborg mercenary, and Dhidal Nyz, a Quarren bounty hunter. The trio traveled in the back of a cargo hauler, which was being piloted by another being.
During the pursuit, Horn, who was piloting an old X-wing starfighter, was attacked by Luke Skywalker, the Grand Master of the Jedi, and was forced to eject. The cargo hauler moved beneath Horn as he fell, catching him in the cargo bed. The bounty hunters aimed their weapons at the fugitive, but as Nyz demanded Horn's surrender, Jaina Solo, a Jedi Knight who also wanted to capture Horn, jumped down from a speeder above them towards the cargo bed. While the three hunters were distracted by Solo, Horn seized his ejector seat and leaped off the hauler's side, rocketing away.
Solo landed in the cargo bed, and Nyz shot her with his electric net gun. The net caught her and incapacitated her, causing her to fall over the hauler's edge. The female bounty hunter, annoyed by his impulsive action, began to berate Nyz. However, her criticism was interrupted when a racing speeder zoomed past them, causing the hauler's pilot to swerve. The cargo bed tilted sharply, and Nyz was thrown from the vehicle. The female hunter fell but quickly performed an acrobatic roll, safely stopping at the cargo bed's low railing. As they began to regain speed, they were attacked by Han Solo and Leia Organa Solo, Jedi allies, in their starship, the Millennium Falcon. Vaxx was hit, and the cyborg was sent flying into the hauler's control cab. Smoke began pouring from the cab, and with their vehicle disabled, the three hunters were forced to end their pursuit. As Valin Horn was apprehended by Luke Skywalker, bounty hunters Zilaash Kuh and Kaddit caught up with them, but the Jedi agreed with Galactic Alliance Security to jointly detain Horn nearby without any bounty hunter or media involvement.
The bounty hunter maintained her composure under pressure, although she was easily irritated by her colleagues' incompetence. Despite this, she willingly collaborated with a team of bounty hunters during the hunt for Valin Horn. She was also very athletic; during the chase, when their vehicle swerved, she managed to turn her fall into a somersault and quickly regain her balance. The woman was tall and had blonde hair.
The Human female wore a black bantha-hide jacket adorned with various claws and teeth of different colors and sizes, sewn onto the jacket. She also carried a Wookiee bowcaster as her preferred weapon during the hunt for Horn.
The bounty hunter makes an appearance in Outcast, the first novel in the nine-part Fate of the Jedi series, authored by Aaron Allston and published in 2009.
