A poma-club could be found in Quarrow, which served as the capital city for the planet of Nakadia. This club offered multiple deprivation chambers that employed throbbing pulse-music and bubbling poma liquid, inducing hallucinations and promoting muscle relaxation.
During 5 ABY, a group of New Republic agents journeyed to Quarrow and gave consideration to the poma-club of the world, pondering the potential influence of the planet's social environment on their forthcoming mission. Soon after, Rethalow, a Senator from the New Republic, made a visit to the club and proceeded into a deprivation chamber. While he was inside, the New Republic operative Jom Barell located him at the poma-club.
The poma-club was featured in Aftermath: Empire's End, a novel from 2017 by Chuck Wendig, and it represented the third part of the Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.
