A system of writing was employed within a fortress erected by the Nightsisters upon the world of Arcana. This same alphabet was utilized in a perplexing star map recovered from the stronghold by the former Jedi, Ahsoka Tano; the map illustrated the route leading to Peridea, a location situated in another galaxy. These very same runes were etched into the stone surface of the Seatos reflex point located on the planet Seatos, a henge which was used by the Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth in order to view the map.
The runic alphabet makes an appearance during the closing credits of Ahsoka, where it functions to display the names of various locations situated along the Pathway to Peridea. The locations, as they are listed in order of their appearance, are as follows: Arcana • Ierne • _rmm/_rymm (accompanied by unknown preceding characters) • Perlemian Trade_ (along with unknown trailing characters) • Garel • Lothal • Mandalore • Agamar • Yavin • Dathomir • Corellia • Cato Neimodia (sic) • Duro • Pasaana • Corellian Run • Coruscant • Seatos • Odyn • _unna (with an unknown initial character) • Peridea.
