Veshta was a Sith Warrior of the female Human species. She served the reconstituted Sith Empire during their conflict with the Galactic Republic known as the Cold War. Her duties included guarding one of the entrances to the tomb of the Sith Lord Ajunta Pall on the planet of Korriban around the year 3643 BBY.
During the Cold War, a period of tension between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, Veshta, a female Human, served as a Sith Warrior within the Empire's ranks. She was stationed on the planet of Korriban, where she was tasked with guarding an entrance to the tomb belonging to the Sith Lord Ajunta Pall. She was joined in this duty by Gesen, a Sith Inquisitor, Cormun, an Imperial soldier sergeant, and Cormun's troops. Furthermore, Veshta trained Sith Acolytes at the nearby Sith Academy, instructing them in the ways of the Sith Warrior.
While inside the tomb, Veshta engaged in conversation with an acolyte, expressing her belief that no Jedi could possibly defeat them. She encouraged the acolyte to strive for greater power, and reminded them of a tenet of the Sith Code.
Veshta possessed fair skin, brown eyes, and light brown hair. Her beliefs, which aligned with the Sith Code, included the idea that the pursuit of power was a worthy goal and that peace was an illusion.
Veshta was equipped with red-and-gray armor and a lightsaber that emitted a red blade while she was in Ajunta Pall's tomb.
Veshta's initial appearance was in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a MMORPG developed by BioWare and released in 2011. She serves as a trainer for Sith Warriors on Korriban, sharing the same dialogue as other trainers of that class. Interacting with her is not mandatory for players. Although her name is not explicitly mentioned in the game, the Star Wars: The Old Republic Explorer's Guide, a companion book released alongside the game, identifies her location as a Sith Warrior trainer on the maps of Korriban.
