In 19 BBY, Ras served alongside Jedi General Roan Shryne during the Battle of Murkhana. Along with his companions Captain Climber, Trace, and another commando, Ras helped ambush Commander Salvo's attempt to carry out Order 66, saving Jedi Shryne, Bol Chatak, and her Padawan Olee Starstone from execution. He was later captured along with the rest of his squad and taken to Darth Vader, who killed him and another commando.
