Victory (Theta-class T-1 vessel)

The Victory was a Theta-class T-1 vessel used by Sith apprentice Darth Zannah. She flew in the shuttle on multiple occasions, including on her first mission to the planet Doan. After finding and recruiting the Dark Jedi Set Harth as her potential apprentice, she traveled in the Victory again to Doan, where she confronted her Master, Darth Bane. The duel ended in a draw, and Zannah was forced to flee the planet in her ship. Shortly after, she received a message in the Victory from Bane to come to Ambria and face him in a final duel for the title of Dark Lord of the Sith, which Zannah won.

Description

The Victory was a Theta-class T-1 vessel that was manufactured by Cygnus Spaceworks. The shuttle was equipped with a hyperdrive, required only one pilot, and could carry at least one additional passenger. The shuttle was also outfitted with a private comm channel.

History

The Victory was the personal shuttle of Sith apprentice Darth Zannah during the time following the New Sith Wars. She based her operations out of a mansion on the planet Ciutric IV, where she lived with her Master, Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Bane. While on Ciutric IV, Zannah kept the Victory at a spaceport in the capital city of Daplona, where it was commonly attended by the customs officer Chet, who knew Zannah and Bane as "Allia Omek" and "Sepp Omek," respectively. She flew in the shuttle on several operations, including her first mission to the planet Doan, where she was sent by Bane in 980 BBY.

On Doan, Zannah began to track down the Dark Jedi Set Harth. Her search led her to the smuggler Pommat, from whom she gained information about Harth. Pommat also revealed the details of his business to Zannah—he broke into unsuspecting travelers' ships and hid shipments of spice in them, which were later secretly picked up by one of his contacts at the ship's home port. When Zannah inquired as to whether or not Pommat had left such a shipment of spice on the Victory, he revealed that he had not done so, as hers was the first ship to come from Ciutric IV and he did not yet have any contacts on that world. This prompted Zannah to kill him, as she could not risk allowing him to live with the knowledge of where she and Bane lived.

Zannah then tracked Harth to Nal Hutta, where she confronted him and convinced him to join her as her apprentice in preparation for her upcoming confrontation with Bane. They flew in the Victory back to Bane and Zannah's home on Ciutric IV, only to find that her Master had been captured by the Doan Royal Guard. The two traveled in the vessel to Doan, where they tracked Bane to the underground Stone Prison. Zannah ordered Harth to stay behind and guard the Victory while she entered the prison to hunt down her Master; however, Harth soon grew bored and left his post. Soon after, he found the legendary holocron of Sith Lord Darth Andeddu and fled the planet in a different vessel. Meanwhile, Zannah found and confronted her Master, but Princess Serra of Doan, hoping to kill both Sith Lords, set the prison to self-destruct. The duel ended in a draw, and Zannah arrived at the hangar to find that Harth had left. She then quickly fled in the Victory to escape the collapsing prison.

Zannah decided then that she would travel the galaxy in her shuttle in search of Bane, in order to hunt him down and wrest from him the title of Dark Lord of the Sith. Before long, however, she received a distress call on the Victorys private comm channel—a channel which only she and Bane knew—instructing her to come to a hut on the planet Ambria for one final confrontation. She flew the Victory to the appointed location, where she dueled and defeated Bane before taking on the Iktotchi Darth Cognus as her new apprentice.

Commanders and crew

The Victory was owned and operated by Sith apprentice Darth Zannah around 980 BBY. For a brief time, the Dark Jedi Set Harth flew with Zannah in the Victory; however, after finding Andeddu's holocron in the Stone Prison, he fled the planet in a different ship.
