Brashan held the position of governor for the Inner Rim planet known as Fedovoi End. Furthermore, he was part of the Yomo Council, a group that seceded from the Galactic Empire following their loss at the Battle of Endor which occurred in 4 ABY. Because the Yomo Council had taken control of Fedovoi End, the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, a group still faithful to the Empire, was dispatched to devastate the planet in 5 ABY. This was done as retaliation for the breakaway faction's treason against the Empire. Soran Keize, who served as the commanding officer of the fighter wing, communicated to the inhabitants of the planet that Brashan, along with General Tuluh, were among those whom the unit intended to eliminate from historical records during their assault. Subsequently, the 204th began to poison Fedovoi End and its people by breaching hazardous gas reserves located within the planet's ice caps.
The character of Brashan was referenced in the 2021 novel titled Victory's Price. This book represents the concluding installment of the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy, authored by Alexander Freed.
