Tuluh

Tuluh served as a general within the Yomo Council. This council was a splinter group originating from the Galactic Empire following the Empire's loss during the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY. Subsequently, the Yomo Council established authority over the planet known as Fedovoi End. In the year 5 ABY, the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, as part of the forces remaining loyal to the Galactic Empire, received orders to devastate Fedovoi End. This destruction was intended as retribution for the Yomo Council's secession. Soran Keize, who held the position of commanding officer for the fighter wing, specifically named Tuluh, along with Governor Brashan, in an address to the inhabitants of Fedovoi End, identifying them as targets for elimination. Subsequently, the 204th initiated the release of toxic gas from reservoirs located within the planet's ice caps, resulting in the poisoning of Fedovoi End and its population.
