Destruction of a children's medcenter

By the year 231 BBY, Ola Hest, an enforcer working for the Hutt Clan, obliterated a children's medcenter located on the celestial body Novor. This act occurred because the Sisters of the Ninth Plane, who managed the medcenter, declined to provide protection money to Hest, who had been dispatched to collect it. Following the Sisters' refusal and order for her to leave, Hest directed the thrusters of her frigate at the structure, causing its collapse and the subsequent death of everyone inside; she later asserted it was unintentional. Jedi Master Porter Engle eventually captured Hest on the planet Nal Hutta within Hutt Space, leading to her imprisonment aboard the Galactic Republic prison ship called Restitution.

During 231 BBY, Sestin Blin, an inmate on Restitution, recounted Hest's destruction of the children's medcenter to Lourna Dee, a Nihil Tempest Runner who was also incarcerated there. Blin expressed the belief that Hest's actions were deliberate, stating that Hest was fully aware of her actions and wanted others to know it. After Blin cautioned against provoking Hest, Dee questioned whether it was because she would drop a building on her, remarking that others had "tried worse."
